[Step 8 - OPTIONAL] Opting Out Of The Consumption Phase

Modelers who do not wish to participate in the Consumption phase of the competition, can opt out of the competition at any time. One may do so by letting the Spectral team know about your choice. If a modeler chooses to not deploy their model, they will not be eligible to deploy their model until the next earning epoch.
